Objective use of science to inform policy is a major aim and to that end we also publish policy briefs based on systematic reviews and systematic mapping of evidence. We also wish to encourage improvements in evidence synthesis methodology and encourage submissions that promise advances in this field.Our scope covers all forms of environmental management and environmental impacts and therefore spans the natural and social sciences.

Epigenetics & Chromatin welcomes all high-quality articles that provide novel insights into epigenetic inheritance and chromatin-based interactions.
