IJMM is the official publication of Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists (IAMM). The journal is peer-reviewed open access publication and published quarterly in January, April, July and October. The journal is abstracted and indexed in PubMed/MEDLINE (National Library of Medicine, USA), Science Citation Index Expanded (Thomson Reuters, USA), EMBASE (Elsevier Science, Netherlands) and IndMed (ICMR, India).IAMM was established in 1976 with the following objectives:"The Association shall promote scientific knowledge of Medical Microbiology and its related subjects, plan and execute projects for the advancement of this knowledge, improve education in Medical Microbiology and promote any programme of professional and ethical standing of Medical Microbiologists in India".

Indian Journal of Medical Specialities (INJMS) is an all-encompassing, peer-reviewed quarterly journal. It caters to all sections of the medical community, especially the undergraduate and postgraduate students from all across the Indian subcontinent. INJMS publishes scholarly articles and original research papers from all specialties. It also publishes review articles, meta-analyses, systematic reviews, clinical vignettes, case reports, debates, revisiting clinical signs, clinical/radiological/pictorial quiz, postgraduate and undergraduate clinics, brief communications and letters to the editor. An important highlight is the emphasis on undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.

There is a great void that is perceptible between the research being performed and the research actually being published in India and other developing countries. INJMS aims to fill this void. A salient feature in this journal is the Undergraduate Publication Corner wherein research works of undergraduate students will be published. "Undergraduate Student Editors" have been included for this purpose. The journal also lays special emphasis on publications in the field of medical education, research methodology and biostatistics. Indian Pacing and Electrophysiology Journal (IPEJ) is the official journal of the Indian Heart Rhythm Society with a world-wide readership and accepts manuscripts for publication from across the globe. Infectious diseases constitute one of the main challenges to medical science in the coming century. The impressive development of molecular megatechnologies and of bioinformatics have greatly increased our knowledge of the evolution, transmission and pathogenicity of infectious diseases. Research has shown that host susceptibility to many infectious diseases has a genetic basis. Furthermore, much is now known on the molecular epidemiology, evolution and virulence of pathogenic agents, as well as their resistance to drugs, vaccines, and antibiotics. Equally, research on the genetics of disease vectors has greatly improved our understanding of their systematics, has increased our capacity to identify target populations for control or intervention, and has provided detailed information on the mechanisms of insecticide resistance.However, the genetics and evolutionary biology of hosts, pathogens and vectors have tended to develop as three separate fields of research. This artificial compartmentalisation is of concern due to our growing appreciation of the strong coevolutionary interactions among hosts, pathogens and vectors.Infection, Genetics and Evolution and its companion congress MEEGID (for Molecular Epidemiology and Evolutionary Genetics of Infectious Diseases) are the main forum acting for the cross-fertilization between evolutionary science and biomedical research on infectious diseases.Infection, Genetics and Evolution is the only journal that welcomes articles dealing with the genetics and evolutionary biology of hosts, pathogens and vectors, and coevolution processes among them in relation to infection and disease manifestation. Informatics in Medicine Unlocked (IMU) is an international gold open access journal covering a broad spectrum of topics within medical informatics, including (but not limited to) papers focusing on imaging, pathology, teledermatology, public health, ophthalmological, nursing and translational medicine informatics. The full papers that are published in the journal are accessible to all who visit the website.

Only manuscripts of sufficient quality with scientific relevance will be considered for publication; the types of articles accepted include original research papers, reviews, perspectives, letters to the editor and editorials, tutorials, and papers on innovative and topical new technology. Proposals for special focus issues from leading research groups will also be considered.

Manuscript referees will be experts in the subject matter, working in academia, industry, and at government institutions.
