HUGO is a peer-reviewed open access journal published under the brand SpringerOpen. HUGO is the Official Journal of the Human Genome Organisation and publishes original papers and articles on all aspects of genomic medicine. The Hague Journal on the Rule of Law (HJRL) is a multidisciplinary journal that aims to deepen and broaden our knowledge and understanding about the rule of law.
