Research in Engineering Design is an international journal that publishes research papers on design theory and methodology in all fields of engineering, focussing on mechanical, civil, architectural, and manufacturing engineering. The journal is designed for professionals in academia, industry and government interested in research issues relevant to design practice. Papers emphasize underlying principles of engineering design and discipline-oriented research where results are of interest or extendible to other engineering domains. General areas of interest include theories of design, foundations of design environments, representations and languages, models of design processes, and integration of design and manufacturing. Representative topics include functional representation, feature-based design, shape grammars, process design, redesign, product data base models, and empirical studies. Dr. Toutkoushian is Professor of Higher Education at the University of Georgia and specializes in the application of economic theories and quantitative methods to problems in higher education. He has a Ph.D. in economics from Indiana University, and prior to joining the faculty at Georgia University, he worked at Indiana University and the University of Minnesota. Research in Science Education is an international journal publishing and promoting scholarly science education research. The journal examines early childhood, primary, secondary, tertiary, workplace, and informal learning as they relate to science education. This journal's scope is broad in both methodology and content. Articles employ a range of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed research methods. In particular, the journal encourages papers based on innovative methods. Subjects explored in the journal encompass science education generally and include relevant aspects of information technology education and design technology education. Scholarly research reports, major review articles, position papers, comments and criticisms on papers published in the journal or issues of general interest to science educators are also featured.

Research on Biomedical Engineering is the official journal of the Brazilian Society of Biomedical Engineering and is dedicated to publishing research in all fields of Biomedical Engineering. In addition, this journal aims to provide educational material and professional updating, as well as serving as a forum for the establishment of developing policies and incorporation of health technologies by the public or private sectors.

Research on Chemical Intermediates publishes current research articles and concise dynamic reviews on the properties, structures and reactivities of intermediate species in all the various domains of chemistry. The Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology brings together the latest research on psychopathology in childhood and adolescence, with an emphasis on empirical studies of the major childhood disorders (the disruptive behavior disorders, depression, anxiety, and pervasive developmental disorders). Studies focus on the epidemiology, etiology, assessment, treatment, prognosis, follow-up, and developmental course of child and adolescent disorders. Studies highlighting risk and protective factors, the ecology and correlates of children's behavior problems, and advances in prevention and treatment are featured. The Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology is the official journal of the International Society for Research in Child and Adolescent Psychopathology (ISRCAP), a multidisciplinary scientific society.

Resonance is a journal of science education, published monthly by the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore, entering its second decade of publication. The journal is primarily directed at students and teachers at the undergraduate level, though some of the articles may go beyond this range. Resonance has a council of editors drawn from institutions all over in India, with a Chief Editor and several Associate Editors located in Bangalore. Each issue of Resonance contains articles on physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, computer science and engineering. The format is attractive and easy to read, with photographs, illustrations, margin notes, boxes and space for comments provided. The articles are of various categories: individual general articles, series made up of several parts, concise article-in-boxes, classroom pieces, nature-watch pieces, research news, book reviews, and information and announcements useful to students and teachers. Review of Accounting Studies provides an outlet for significant academic research in accounting including theoretical, empirical, and experimental work. The journal is committed to the principle that distinctive scholarship is rigorous. While the editors encourage all forms of research, it must contribute to the discipline of accounting. Theoretical models need not speak directly to current practice, but accounting information must surface in a major way. Review of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Studies is a scientific peer-reviewed journal encouraging new perspectives for research and analysis in economics and sociology on the topics of production, agricultural markets and trade, agricultural and food industry production, food consumption, the environment and natural resources, and rural areas and land use. The Review welcomes theoretical and empirical research, in English. In economics, only articles in English must be submitted. In sociology, articles may be submitted in French or in English but the publication in the end will be in English - if the article is accepted, authors have to translate it into English. 
The Review also invites submissions of replication of empirical results in the fields covered by the journal.

The proliferation of derivative assets during the past two decades is unprecedented. Published for the Industrial Organization Society, the Review of Industrial Organization examines all aspects of the field. The journal encourages papers dealing with any economic sector and any developed economy. The Review of International Organizations publishes original scientific contributions analyzing the operations and policies of agencies such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization, the Group of 7, the World Bank, NATO, the World Health Organization, the European Court of Human Rights, the UN, and similar institutions. Its focus extends to governmental organizations, as well as international non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Review of Managerial Science (RMS) provides a forum for innovative research from all scientific areas of business administration. The journal publishes original research of high quality and is open to various methodological approaches (analytical modeling, empirical research, experimental work, methodological reasoning etc.). The scope of RMS encompasses – but is not limited to – accounting, auditing, banking, business strategy, corporate governance, entrepreneurship, financial structure and capital markets, health economics, human resources management, information systems, innovation management, insurance, marketing, organization, production and logistics, risk management and taxation. RMS also encourages the submission of papers combining ideas and/or approaches from different areas in an innovative way.
