NOW COVERED BY THE ISI SOCIAL SCIENCES CITATION INDEX The journal Qualitative Sociology is dedicated to the qualitative interpretation and analysis of social life. The journal offers both theoretical and analytical research, and publishes manuscripts based on research methods such as interviewing, participant observation, ethnography, historical analysis, content analysis and others which do not rely primarily on numerical data. All papers are reviewed.
Qualitative Theory of Dynamical Systems (QTDS) publishes high-quality peer-reviewed research articles on the theory and applications of discrete and continuous dynamical systems. The journal addresses mathematicians as well as engineers, physicists, and other scientists who use dynamical systems as valuable research tools.

Quality and Quantity constitutes a point of reference for European and non-European scholars to discuss instruments of methodology for more rigorous scientific results in the social sciences. The journal publishes papers on models of classification, methods for constructing typologies, models of simulation, neural networks and fuzzy sets for social research, mathematical models applied to social mobility, mathematical models of voting behavior, qualitative methodology and feminist methodology, discussions on the general logic of empirical research, analysis of the validity and verification of social laws, and similar topics. Quality and Quantity is an interdisciplinary journal which systematically correlates disciplines such as mathematics and statistics with the social sciences, particularly sociology, economics, and social psychology. The journal extends discussion of interesting contributions in methodology to scholars worldwide, to promote the scientific development of social research.
Quality of Life Research is an international, multidisciplinary journal devoted to the rapid communication of original research, theoretical articles and methodological reports related to the field of quality of life, in all the health sciences. The journal also offers editorials, literature, book and software reviews, correspondence and abstracts of conferences.Quality of life has become a prominent issue in biometry, philosophy, social science, clinical medicine, health services and outcomes research. The journal's scope reflects the wide application of quality of life assessment and research in the biological and social sciences. All original work is subject to peer review for originality, scientific quality and relevance to a broad readership. This is the official journal of the International Society of Quality of Life Research. 5 Year Impact Factor: 2.985 (2008)Section 'Health Care Sciences & Services': Rank 9 out of 62Section 'Public, Environmental & Occupational Health': Rank 26 out of 105
Quantitative Marketing and Economics (QME) publishes research in the intersection of Marketing, Economics and Statistics. Our focus is on important applied problems of relevance to marketing using a quantitative approach. We define marketing broadly as the study of the interface between firms, competitors and consumers. This includes but is not limited to consumer preferences, consumer demand and decision-making, strategic interaction of firms, pricing, promotion, targeting, product design/positioning, and channel issues. We embrace a wide variety of research methods including applied economic theory, econometrics and statistical methods. Empirical research using primary, secondary or experimental data is also encouraged. Officially cited as: Quant Mark Econ
Quantum Information Processing is an international forum for the publication of high-quality, peer-reviewed original papers, review articles, letters (or short communications), commentary, and electronic rapid communications on all aspects, theoretical and experimental, of quantum information processing.Coverage includes such topics as Quantum Computation; Quantum Communication; Quantum Information Theory; Quantum Control; Computation Device Physics; and Applications of QIP Ideas to other Disciplines.
Queueing Systems: Theory and Applications (QUES) is a well-established journal focusing on the theory of resource sharing in a wide sense, particularly withina network context. The journal is primarily interested in probabilistic and statistical problems in this setting.QUES welcomes both papers addressing these issues in the context of some application and papers developing mathematical methods for their analysis. Among the latter, one would particularly quote Markov chains and processes, stationary processes, random graphs, point processes, stochastic geometry, and related fields. The prospective areas of application include, but are not restricted to production, storage and logistics, traffic and transportation, computer and communication systems.Officially cited as: Queueing Syst. The official acronym QUES is complemented by QUESTA which is popular among researchers.

Radiation Oncology is ready to receive all manuscripts related to the treatment of cancer using radiation.
Contributions to Radiation and Environmental Biophysics can range from complex radiobiological phenomena to issues in health physics and environmental protection. The journal also publishes articles on medical physics and biomedical engineering if they contribute to the understanding of fundamental mechanisms.
