Research on Biomedical Engineering is the official journal of the Brazilian Society of Biomedical Engineering and is dedicated to publishing research in all fields of Biomedical Engineering. In addition, this journal aims to provide educational material and professional updating, as well as serving as a forum for the establishment of developing policies and incorporation of health technologies by the public or private sectors.

Research on Chemical Intermediates publishes current research articles and concise dynamic reviews on the properties, structures and reactivities of intermediate species in all the various domains of chemistry. The journal also contains articles in related disciplines such as spectroscopy, molecular biology and biochemistry, atmospheric and environmental sciences, catalysis, photochemistry and photophysics. In addition, special issues dedicated to specific topics in the field are regularly published.

The Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology brings together the latest research on psychopathology in childhood and adolescence, with an emphasis on empirical studies of the major childhood disorders (the disruptive behavior disorders, depression, anxiety, and pervasive developmental disorders). Studies focus on the epidemiology, etiology, assessment, treatment, prognosis, follow-up, and developmental course of child and adolescent disorders. Studies highlighting risk and protective factors, the ecology and correlates of children's behavior problems, and advances in prevention and treatment are featured. The Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology is the official journal of the International Society for Research in Child and Adolescent Psychopathology (ISRCAP), a multidisciplinary scientific society.

Resonance is a journal of science education, published monthly by the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore, entering its second decade of publication. The journal is primarily directed at students and teachers at the undergraduate level, though some of the articles may go beyond this range. Resonance has a council of editors drawn from institutions all over in India, with a Chief Editor and several Associate Editors located in Bangalore. Each issue of Resonance contains articles on physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, computer science and engineering. The format is attractive and easy to read, with photographs, illustrations, margin notes, boxes and space for comments provided. The articles are of various categories: individual general articles, series made up of several parts, concise article-in-boxes, classroom pieces, nature-watch pieces, research news, book reviews, and information and announcements useful to students and teachers. Each issue of Resonance also highlights the contributions of a chosen scientist, engineer or mathematician, with a portrait on the back cover and articles describing his or her life and work. In some cases, an article written by the scientist on a general theme is included as a Classic or a Reflections item. Some of the personalities featured so far are -- Einstein, Schroedinger, Pauli, Chandrasekhar, Raman, S N Bose, von Neumann, Turing, Darwin, McClintock, Haldane, Fisher, Lorenz, Mendel, Dobhzansky, Pauling, the Bernoullis, Fermat, Harish-Chandra, Ramanujan and Weil. Resonance invites original contributions in various branches of science and engineering and emphasizes a lucid style that will attract readers from diverse backgrounds. A helpful general rule is that at least the first one third of the article should be readily understood by a general audience. Articles may be submitted to any of the editors or directly to the editorial office. All submissions are refereed. Students and teachers are particularly encouraged to sub, mit articles. Comments and suggestions about articles are also welcome.

Results in Mathematics (RM) publishes mainly research papers in all fields of pure and applied mathematics. In addition, it publishes summaries of any mathematical field and surveys of any mathematical subject provided they are designed to advance some recent mathematical development.

Review of Accounting Studies provides an outlet for significant academic research in accounting including theoretical, empirical, and experimental work. The journal is committed to the principle that distinctive scholarship is rigorous. While the editors encourage all forms of research, it must contribute to the discipline of accounting. Theoretical models need not speak directly to current practice, but accounting information must surface in a major way. Review of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Studies is a scientific peer-reviewed journal encouraging new perspectives for research and analysis in economics and sociology on the topics of production, agricultural markets and trade, agricultural and food industry production, food consumption, the environment and natural resources, and rural areas and land use. The Review welcomes theoretical and empirical research, in English. In economics, only articles in English must be submitted. In sociology, articles may be submitted in French or in English but the publication in the end will be in English - if the article is accepted, authors have to translate it into English. 
The Review also invites submissions of replication of empirical results in the fields covered by the journal.

The proliferation of derivative assets during the past two decades is unprecedented. With this growth in derivatives comes the need for financial institutions, institutional investors, and corporations to use sophisticated quantitative techniques to take full advantage of the spectrum of these new financial instruments. Academic research has significantly contributed to our understanding of derivative assets and markets. The growth of derivative asset markets has been accompanied by a commensurate growth in the volume of scientific research. The rapid growth of derivatives research combined with the current absence of a rigorous research journal catering to the area of derivatives, and the long lead-times in the existing academic journals, underlines the need for Review of Derivatives Research, which provides an international forum for researchers involved in the general areas of derivative assets. The Review publishes high quality articles dealing with the pricing and hedging of derivative assets on any underlying asset (commodity, interest rate, currency, equity, real estate, traded or non-traded, etc.). Review of Economic Design explores the art and science of inventing, analyzing, and testing economic, social, and political institutions and mechanisms.The journal applies normative and positive economics and the strategic analysis of game theory, using novel ideas for designing and assembling diverse legal-economic instruments. The Review of Economics of the Household publishes empirical and theoretical research on the economic behavior and decision-making processes of single and multi-person households. The journal emphasizes economic analyses on the effects of policy instruments on household decisions, macroeconomic applications, and research on economic development.
