Journal Guide

The CEAS Space Journal has been created by the Space Branch of the Council of European Aerospace Societies to provide an appropriate platform for excellent scientific publications submitted by scientists and engineers. Under the umbrella of CEAS, the the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the European Space Agency (ESA) support the Journal.
The journal is devoted to new developments and results in all areas of space-related science and technology, including important spin-off capabilities and applications as well as ground-based support systems and manufacturing advancements. Also of interest are (invited) in-depth reviews of the status of development in specific areas of relevance to space and descriptions of the potential way forward. Typical disciplines of interest include mission design and space systems, satellite communications, physical fluid dynamics, aerothermodynamics, environmental control and life support systems, guidance, navigation and control, mechanisms, propulsion, power, robotics, structures, testing and thermal issues.
The journal publishes peer-reviewed original articles, (invited) reviews and short communications.

Calcified Tissue International was founded in 1967 under the name Calcified Tissue Research. Vols. 1-19 were edited by B.E.C. Nordin, F.G.E. Pautard, D. B. Scott, B.A. Friedman; Vols. 20-22 by B.E.C. Nordin, F.G.E. Pautard, B.A. Friedman, L. Klein; Vols. 23-24 by W.D. Armstrong. Beginning with Vol. 27 in 1979, the journal was renamed Calcified Tissue International and was edited by L. V. Avioli until 1999. Vols. 66-75, were then co-edited by Drs. R. Civitelli, K.A. Hruska, and S. Ralston. Vols. 76-92, were co-edited by Drs. R. Civitelli and S.H. Ralston. Since Vol. 93 the journal, which was renamed Calcified Tissue International and Musculoskeletal Research has been co-edited by Drs. S.H. Ralston and R. Rizzoli.The Journal serves as a forum to explore the biochemical, biophysical, molecular, and genetic determinants of the structure, function, and metabolism of bone, and other musculoskeletal  tissues in living organisms. Under the direction of the Institute for Informatics and Telematics in Pisa, Calcolo publishes original contributions on numerical analysis and its applications, and on the theory of computation. The main focus of the journal is on numerical linear algebra, approximation theory and its applications, numerical solutions of differential and integral equations, computational complexity, algorithmics, mathematical aspects of computer science, and optimization theory.Calcolo contains expository papers which introduce emerging topics as well as a abstracts of PhD theses, news and reports from conferences, and book reviews.

Calculus of Variations and Partial Differential Equations attracts and collects many of the important top-quality contributions to this field of research, and stresses the interactions between analysts, geometers, and physicists. In addition, it offers an opportunity for communication among scientists working in the field through a section called 'News and Views,' which is open to discussions, announcements of meetings, reproductions of historical documents, and bibliographies. The Canadian Journal of Public Health (CJPH) is the official organ of the Canadian Public Health Association. It is distributed on a bi-monthly basis exclusively to paid subscribers and to the Association membership.The Canadian Journal of Public Health is a professional journal which carries a wide variety of in-depth articles on all aspects of public health, including epidemiology, nutrition, family health, environmental health, sexually transmitted diseases, gerontology, behavioural medicine, rural health, health promotion and public health policy. The Canadian Journal of Science, Mathematics and Technology Education is the first academic journal in this field published in Canada. This exciting new journal has generated great enthusiasm among Canadian scholars and is considered a long overdue developement in the field. The journal is an international forum for the publication of original articles written in a variety of styles, including research investigations using experimental, qualitative, ethnographic, historical, philosophical, or case study approaches; critical reviews of the literature; policy perspectives; and position papers, curriculum arguments, and discussion of issues in teacher education. Peer Review Policy: All research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous review by three referees.

Cancer Causes & Control is an international refereed journal that both reports and stimulates new avenues of investigation into the causes, control, and subsequent prevention of cancer. Its multidisciplinary and multinational approach draws together information published in a diverse range of journals.
