The journal Helgoland Marine Research publishes original research papers, invited reviews, and commentary on all aspects and levels of the biology of marine and brackish water organisms. Helgoland Marine Research is sponsored by the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research. Among the topics of particular interest are explorations of ecological dynamics, life cycles, biological oceanography, environmental biology, physiology and behavior, morphology, evolution and taxonomy, cultivation and techniques and more. The Editor-in-Chief is Heinz-Dieter Franke, Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research, Helgoland, Germany.
Helminthologia publishes original peer-reviewed research, with the aim of contributing to the advancement of human and veterinary medicine as well as agronomy. It has been published by the Parasitological Institute of SAS since 1959; it is the only journal in Central Europe offering individual and collaborative research in veterinary medicine and natural science from international experts. The journal takes a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to current issues in helminthology, and is committed to rapid dissemination of the latest research to the academic community. Free access: Editors ChoiceHistorical Biology provides a vehicle for developments in the sciences concerned with the history of life through geological time and the biology of past organisms, and seeks to encourage a diversity of approaches in this rapidly expanding field. It emphasizes modern and controversial topics. Its range includes paleobiology, paleoethology, paleobiogeography, evolutionary processes and patterns, molecular paleontology, extinction, phenomena, taphonomy, and aspects of geology, geochemistry and geophysics that have a direct bearing on paleobiological questions. The journal will provide an international outlet for high quality papers.---Disclaimer for Scientific, Technical and Social Science PublicationsTaylor & Francis make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information (the 8220;Content8221;) contained in its publications.
