Based on recent research in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities, The Journal of Environmental Education details how best to present environmental issues and how to evaluate programs already in place for primary through university level and adult students. University researchers, park and recreation administrators, and teachers from the United States and abroad provide new analyses of the instruction, theory, methods, and practices of environmental communication and education in peer-reviewed articles. Reviews of the most recent books, textbooks, videos, and other educational materials by experts in the field appear regularly. Not only for teachers, JEE is for those who administer and fund environmental education programs for schools, parks, camps, recreation centers, and businesses.The Journal of Environmental Education invites submissions of unpublished articles about research; program evaluations; review articles; critical essays/analyses and commentaries. JEE seeks to publish material that advances the instruction, theory, methods, and practice of environmental education (EE) and communication. It publishes articles dealing with EE at all levels, from primary to college and community education. Subject areas include the sciences, social sciences, and humanities. The Journal of Island & Coastal Archaeology (JICA) is aimed at archaeologists and other scientists with interests in the archaeology and historical ecology of islands and other coastal settings. This bi-annual journal publishes original research papers, major review articles, short notes, occasional book reviews, and forums of significance to a broad international audience. We encourage submissions on a variety of innovative and interdisciplinary topics, including broad syntheses of particular islands or coastal regions around the world, major methodological and theoretical advances in the study of island and coastal societies, and the historical ecology and human impacts of island and coastal ecosystems around the world. JICA provides an international forum for scholars from a variety of disciplines who share a common interest in studying islands, archipelagoes, and coastal regions. The Journal of Physical Chemistry A: Molecules, Clusters, and Aerosols; New Tools and Methods in Experiment and Theory

The Journal of Physical Chemistry A (JPC A) publishes experimental, theoretical, and computational research on the physical chemistry of molecules, ions, radicals, clusters, and aerosols. JPC A emphasizes applications in the areas of atmospheric and environmental chemistry, aerosol processes, molecular geochemistry, combustion, astrochemistry, plasmas, cold molecules, catalysis, and energetic materials, among others. JPC A also publishes manuscripts that describe new tools or methods that are of broad interest to the physical chemistry community. 

An essential criterion for acceptance of research articles in the Journal is that they provide new physical insight. Please refer to this Collection on what constitutes new physical insight. Manuscripts that are essentially reporting data or applications of data are, in general, not suitable for publication in JPC A. However, section A4 includes articles on New Tools and Methods in Experiment and Theory where the requirement for new physical insights is relaxed.

The Journal of Wildlife Management (JWM) is the preeminent journal for original research on the scientific and management foundations of wildlife management. JWM includes articles on basic wildlife management science, including analyses of management practices designed to influence wildlife populations and/or habitat.Wildlife Monographs supplement the Journal of Wildlife Management with focused investigations in the area of the management and conservation of wildlife.

The Rangeland Journal publishes original work that makes a significant contribution to understanding the biophysical, social, cultural, economic, and policy influences affecting rangeland use and management throughout the world. Rangelands are defined broadly and include all those environments where natural ecological processes predominate, and where values and benefits are based primarily on natural resources.Papers may present the results of original research, contributions to theory or new conclusions reached from the review of a topic. Their structure need not conform to that of standard scientific articles but writing style must be clear and concise. All material presented must be well documented, critically analysed and objectively presented. All papers are peer-reviewed.

Theoretical Ecology publishes innovative research in theoretical ecology, including ecophysiology, population ecology, behavioral ecology, evolutionary ecology, ecosystem ecology, community ecology, and ecosystem and landscape ecology. The editors emphasize work that bridges disciplinary boundaries, such as the intersection between quantitative social sciences and ecology, or physical influences on ecological processes.The contents include regular articles, review papers, and rapid communications. Review papers will be published after a thorough review process; please contact the reviews editor before submission. Theoretical Ecology also offers a rapid communications option for short manuscripts of unusually broad interest to the ecological community.

An interdisciplinary journal, Theoretical Population Biology presents articles on the theoretical aspects of the biology of populations, particularly in the areas of demography of ecology, epidemology, evolution, and genetics. Emphasis is on the development of mathematical theory and models that enhance the understanding of biological phenomena.
